Last night my sister made this tasty recipe. My niece had stopped by after work for a visit and we were going to watch my nephew for the weekend. She had found this recipe in Real Simple Magazine June 2011. It was perfect as we had basil and tomatoes in abundance from my garden. It was a big hit and we will be making it again.
